Our shop is not yet live. This placeholder returns policy will be updated with final details before the first product drop. What follows is our intended approach — subject to change.
We want you to be happy with your gear. If something arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we'll work with you to make it right. Good enough saves thousands — but your order should still be good enough to wear with pride.
When ecommerce launches, we expect to accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in original condition within a reasonable window (likely 30 days from delivery). Final timelines and conditions will be posted here before orders ship.
Need a different size? We plan to offer exchanges when inventory allows. If we can't exchange, we'll explore store credit or a refund according to the final policy.
Certain items — such as stickers, final-sale products, or custom orders — may not be eligible for return. Any exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page at launch.
Once the shop is live, contact us through our contact form with your order number and reason for return. We'll send instructions from there. Nobody's gonna notice a small delay — but we'll try to keep things moving.
